Polyethylene (PE) – is one of best known and widely used polymers. It exhibits good flexibility, transparency and thermoplasticity.

PE is resistant to acid and base solutions, as well as to low temperature. It is widely used in production of films, pipes and packaging (shrink film, bags, pouches), also houseware (pails, containers) and pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries (e.g. bottles).

PE – polymer material produced on a highest wordwide rate – over 100 mln ton a year. Available in numerous variations.

PE offer

HDPE – high-density polyethulene, acquired through low-pressure polymerization. Showcases better mechanical properties and chemical resistance alongside higher melting temperaturę in comparison to LDPE.

We offer wide choice of HDPE granules varying in melt flow index (MFI) for every type of processing – extrusion, blow moulding, injection moulding etc.

Our HDPE is addressed mainly to producers of:

  • Films (bimodal HDPE also available)
  • Bottles, caps and closures
  • Pipes
  • Cable insulation

LDPE – low-density polyethylene, acquired through high-pressure polymerization process. Showcases high elasticity even in higher temperatures.

Our clients use the LDPE mainly for the production of:

  • Various films (blown, shrink, wrap, industrial, agrocultural, packaging, lamination)
  • Bottle caps and closures
  • Bottles and containers
  • Engineering parts
  • Sport and leisure accessories

LLDPE – linear low-density polyethylene, acquired through low-pressure copolymerization of ethylene with α-olefines (e.g.: buthene (C4) or octene (C8).

Our clients utilize it mainly to produce films which are thinner and display better strain resistance in comparison to the ones made of regular LDPE.

mPE – HDPE or LLDPE synthetized in novel industrial process catalyzed by metallocene compounds, substituting for regular Ziegler-Natta catalysts.

Polymer product display numerous advantages in comparison to regular PE:

  • Low processing temperature (energy savings)
  • Narrow molar mass distribution;
  • Short cycle and cooling time;
  • Better environmental stress cracking resistance (up to 50%).

Our mHDPE is intented mainly for injection moulding processing (MFI=8). It is often chosen by producers of:

  • Caps and closures for beverages
  • Cartridge and pail
