Polypropylene – due to physical and chemical properties it’s applied in various industries and everyday use. It displays exceptional chemical resistance and low moisture permeability.
PP is physiologically neutral and easily processed polymer. PP is a thermoplastic material and is commonly used in production of packaging, pipes, profiles, etc.
PP offer
PP – material displaying higher stiffness, hardness and generally better mechanical resistance than PE. We distinguish 3 main types of PP: homopolymer (PP-H) and copolymers: random (PP-R) and block (PP-C, impact PP). We offer wide choice of products with MFI ranging from 0,25 up to above 100.
Main processors of our PP are manufacturers of articles such as:
- Films (BOPP, cast PP)
- Food containers
- Disposable cups and cutlery
- Yarn and tapes
- Housewares
- Boxes, toys
- Pipes
- Bottles, caps and closures
- … and many more
mPP – homopolymer synthetized in novel industrial process catalyzed by metallocene compounds, substituting for regular Ziegler-Natta catalysts.
Polymer product display numerous advantages in comparison to regular PP-H:
- Low processing temperature (energy savings)
- Narrow molar mass distribution;
- Short cycle and cooling time;
- High isotacticity;
- Excellent spinnability and drawability;
- Low VOC (less fumes, odorless);
- More resistant to organic solvents.
Our mPP is intented mainly for injection moulding processing (MFI od 25 do 150). It is often chosen by producers of:
- Thin-wall containers
- Fibers
- EPP products
- Medical applications
- Automotive parts
